We want you to feel secure in your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your Ring device, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your setup process is seamless and your property remains protected.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and cables.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned unit, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
